There's a slight squeeze at the instep, though I have a normal foot shape, neither high arch nor flat feet. The sole is also a bit stiff when walking. As for the leather, so far, no issues have been noticed. The color is vibrant and distinct, not fluorescent green but more of a deep teal, which looks quite striking when worn in the summer.
