I'm 5'4" and weigh 132 lbs, and the size M fits perfectly. It can be paired with The North Face 1994 jacket for a two-in-one setup, though the embroidery isn't the best—I had to exchange it a few times, and this one is just okay. The fabric is waterproof, and I recommend pairing it with a jacket for northern climates. Make sure to get the US version of the jacket for the two-in-one feature. The high-wear areas are reinforced with bartack stitching, and the hood can be tucked into the collar. It's filled with 700-fill power down, and the US version is more voluminous and warmer compared to the Korean version, which is 500-fill. Some loose threads and a bit of down leakage are normal. If you're buying the Korean version, stick to your usual size, but for the US version, go one size up.
